Sunflower Cabana Launch at Black Chicago History Showcase Fashion Show Feb. 2023

Sunflower Cabana showcased the full first collection at Black Chicago History's First Annual Black History Month Fashion Showcase on February 24th, 2023. The mission of this show was to highlight Black Culture through a night of fashion and fun.

As I sit back and reflect on the success of my first full collection launch at the Black Chicago History Fashion Show, I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Introducing Sunflower Sunflower to the world has been a dream of mine for the past year, and seeing it come to fruition is truly a surreal experience. I fought with imposter syndrome for a long time. I ordered and wore samples for an entire year but never thought it was something special enough for others to desire. Will the launch was my confirmation to share my gifts!

The response from the audience was beyond my wildest expectations. The vibrant colors, intricate floral patterns, and sunflower prints truly stood out on the runway, and I could feel the energy and excitement in the air. It was amazing to see my vision come to life, and to know that others appreciate and resonate with it as well.

As a designer, my journey has only just begun. This success has only fueled my passion and desire to continue creating and sharing my vision with the world. I am excited for what the future holds for Sunflower Cabana, and for the impact it will have on the lives of those who wear our products.

I am thrilled to continue creating products that are not only stylish and functional, but also make a positive impact on people's lives. Our commitment to mental health awareness is something that is near and dear to my heart, and I am determined to use Sunflower Garden as a platform to spread positivity and promote healthy lifestyles.

So as we move forward, I invite you to join me on this journey towards mental and physical wellness. Let us continue to live life in full bloom, embracing every moment with positivity, joy, and a sense of purpose. I can't wait to see where this journey takes us, and I am grateful for every step of it.
